Registration marks and page size

Hi,

How do everybody deal with the different page size, when exporting a PDF for the web and one for the press? I only found that page size has to be entered by hand each time, with no way to rapidly choosing a different page format.

The problem in detail: my books are both printed, and published on the web. I use the PDF format for both targets. To do this, I use in both cases the File > Save as PDF command.

Now, in the dialog box that appears, the page size cannot be chooses, as in other pages, via a pop-up menu. You must input he page witdth and legth as raw numbers. Since the page size is different when saving for the web (say, A4) and when saving for the printer (say, A4 Extra for leaving space to the registration marks), each time you must print something you must re-enter the page size.

No problem with the A4. A4 Extra, well, is a bit more complicate to remember.

Is there an alternative (and quicker) way to do select the page format? On the Mac I went for the Print > PDF way, and if you chose the PDF instead of the PS as the output, you got an A4 (or in general the document's Page Size values); if you chose he PS (for printing), you got A4 Extra (Print Setup values).

Thank you,

Paolo
