Chapter Numbering Broken - 1 Book File Only

Windows 7 64-bit. Framemaker 11, Build 11.0.1.382

I have a book with 5 chapters. In my files, the Heading 1 (Chapter Name) Para Format has the following autonumbering style:

C:Chapter <n+>< =0>< =0>< =0>:

Autonumbering is checked.

In the book, the Numbering... is set to

Chapter:  "Continue Numbering from Previous Chapter in Book"

Paragraph: "Continue Numbering from Previous Paragraph in Book"

All of my files are numbering correctly except the last file in the book (Chapter 5). The Heading 1 (Chapter Name) is not picking up the correct number. It's always wrong by -1.

And, I copied this file from one of the other files in the book that is working correctly. Actually, all the other files in the book are working correctly and they all have the same numbering (in the book) except for the first file (set to 1 or to restart)

They all have the same para/character formats, master pages, etc.

Updated numbering... nothing getting this. It's like it is "missing" the heading in Chapter 4 and therefore not jumping to Chapter 5. But, I can't find anything missing.

Sure could use some help with this one. Thanks!

There must be something wrong with Chapter 4... but I can't see it. All the files in the book are set identically, and they all work (except Chapter 5 - last one). So, there must be something wrong in the body/content/setup of Chapter 4, right?

Numbering setup from Chapter 5 in the book is: (It should be showing Chapter 5).
