Does anyone know if I can find out which illustrations have been referenced from a publication without having to check each one individually using the Object properties box?
I have inherited a large technical publication with 120 chapters and over a thousand illustrations. However, I suspect that only about half the illustrations are actually needed. I would like to delete those unwanted ones but can't find any elegant (i.e. easy) way to discern which ones are needed.
I am using FM 9 on Vista.
Thanks for your help in advance.
