Is it possible to anchor a TextFrame?

Hello,

I want to anchor a TextFrame below a line so that it acts like an AnchoredFrame. The current behavior is for text that is added to the line above my TextFrame to run around it. Instead, I want new text to push the TextFrame down. Is this possible and what additional information should I provide to the community to assist them in helping me?
