Hi All
I am using Adobe Framemaker 9.0 for windows. I have a few questions.
1. Does not look like this version offers any highlighting text feature, correct? I just want to either highlight text areas for my reviewers to see my questions or change the color of my text for them to easily see my items in question. This is very hard to find in the user manual. Please tell me my options.
2. When I complete my chapters for review, i wil be saving them in .pdf format. I do not have Adobe Standard. Do I need to purchase that to use the comments features for sticky notes? Do my reviewers also need to purchase it? Is this the only way to import the comments feature?
3. Track text edits - please explain to me how this works.
4. I am using a template from a previous manual. I want to change my tags and whenever I select a tag and choose Paragraph designer and make my change and select global update options the change happens to the one tag selected but not my saved tag and globally. I want my changes to occur for all related tags. I also tried to use the find feature to make the global changes to a tag and had trouble. Please send me the steps to make a global change to a document for a tag.
